Return / Exchange Policy
Due to the fact that our products are made to order. If one of our products has a manufacturing defect, the product will be repaired or replaced.
If a collar is not the size you ordered it will be replaced.
If a collar was ordered the wrong size. It must first be returned at customers expense. And customer must agree to pay shipping on replacement collar as well as 50% of the cost of the collar.

All E-mails Received Between 7am & 7pm Eastern Time, Monday - Friday will be answered the same day. E-mails received after 7pm will be answered before 8am the following business day.
All E-mails Received after 7pm on Friday will be answered before 8am Monday.
